- She made her first theatrical film appearance as Hemanika’s student in the 2015 Tamil-language action thriller film Yennai Arindhaal, starring Ajith Kumar, Arun Vijay, Trisha Krishnan, and Anushka Shetty. However, Aditi’s role went uncredited.
- Alongside Anjali Varadhan and Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Aditi Balan co-starred as Aruvi in the 2016 Tamil-language political drama film Aruvi.
