ALASKAN Bush People star Noah Brown has accused his younger sister Rain of abusing drugs and death threats in a restraining order request, which was not granted by a Washington court.

Alaskan Bush People stars Noah, 32, and his wife Rhain, 34, filed a Petition for Order of Protection against Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop, who goes by Rain, on August 5, 2024.

In the request, Noah and Rhain cited anti-harassment, as they requested “protection from someone who has committed unlawful harassment.”

They also accused Rain, 22, of “stalking” as they checked off that there is a “threat of violence including malicious and intentional threat or presence of firearm/weapon causing substantial emotional distress.”

They requested Rain give up all firearms and be restrained from obtaining more weapons.

Rain’s firearms include two handguns, one to two semi-automatic rifles and two shotguns, according to the documents.

They are also requesting their two sons Elijah, 5, and Adam, 2, be protected from their aunt.

The married couple are asking for Rain to “not cause any physical harm, bodily injury, assault” and more, as well as “no attempts to have any contact, including non-physical contact, directly, indirectly, or through third parties.”

They are asking she not knowingly come within 1,000 feet of the protected persons, their residence, vehicle, school and more.

They also requested Rain “be prohibited from posting any disparaging information online regarding any of the protected persons.”

Noah and Rhain are requesting the order be in place for “more than one year.”

When asked to describe the incidents, they wrote, “Will supplement answer once the Motion to Seal and Motion to Restrict Access to Courtroom is granted.”

FRIGHTENING CLAIMS

In Noah’s Declaration in Support of Motion for Exparte Restraining Order,  he also accused Rain of “using cocaine and meth and consuming alcohol.”

“On or about December 6th, 2023, my mother went to visit Responsent and my mother was offered cocaine for her migrane/headache she was experiencing,” the court filing claimed.

Noah continued that he is requesting his sister surrender her guns to the sheriff’s office, as he “fears for the safety of [him] and [his] family.”

My life would be so much easier if you were dead.”

Noah Brown claimed his sister Rain said, according to court papers

On or about July 19, 2022, Noah explained of an incident that occurred during filming for the Discovery series, “We were in the elevator and [Rain] said something along the lines of ‘my life would be so much easier if you were dead, if only I wouldn’t get caught, I think that my gun is in my room.’”

Noah alleged of another incident, “On or about May 3, 2023, I was helping the family move horses up to NorthStar ranch, one of the horses was malnourished, and because Raindrop and Snowbird wouldn’t listen to me on how to properly transport the animals, one of the horses fell in the trailer and couldn’t get back up on her own.

“When I was telling them what we needed to do to help the horse stand, [Rain] said, ‘Just stop!! We don’t need your help. I would rather the horse die than listen to you! I will kill it myself!! Now go wait in your truck or I will get my gun right now!’

“I waited at my truck the rest of the time, I found out the next day that the horse died.”

In a second Declaration, Noah explained his family has been a “victim” of “unlawful harassment” since his wife Rhain was introduced to the family on August 15, 2016.

“On or about December 15, 2023 and January 1, 2024, Respondent posted a live video on TikTok that my wife is physically abusing me and my children, which is untrue,” the court papers read.

On December 16, 2023, he claimed Rain falsely alleged on TikTok live that “everything” Noah does on Alaskan Bush People is “fake” and that “production made” all of his creations on the show.

“Due to my sister’s past history in her social media posts, I fear that when she is served the Petition for Protection Order she will immediately begin posting on social media.

“I am requesting that the court enter an ex-parte Order preventing Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop Brown from posting any disparaging information online regarding any of the protected persons in the Petition for Protection Order.”

REQUEST DENIED

A temporary order was denied without a court hearing on the ground of “no basis.”

The explanation by the court read, “The petition lacks sufficient information and is unsupported by a properly [submitted] declaration.

“Petition is essentially blank with references to ‘see declaration of Noah Brown.’

They then said of the wrong name being listed in the order, “There are two such declarations, both begin with ‘I, Ryan W. Gunn, declare under penalty of perjury… I am one of the Petitioners in this matter.’ Both declarations are then signed by Noah Brown.

“Further, allegations pertain to incidents that are too remote in time to warrant issuance of a TRO without notice to the respondent.

“So, simply re-submitting with declarations amended to correct the errors, the name of the declarant, will produce the same result.

“There must be sufficient information to support the petition for a TRO to issue or for a hearing to be set.”

According to online records, it does not appear Noah and Rhain re-filed the request.

The U.S. Sun was unable to contact Rain after making multiple requests for comment.

RAIN’S SIDE

On August 8, days after the Petition for Order of Protection request was filed with the court, Rain wrote on Instagram, “How come in a world so harsh it is praised more to be fake [than] it is to be real? Why do I have to pretend I don’t know what the F word is? Or pretend that I am a ‘perfect’ woman?

“Many of you have watched me grow up from a very young child into the strong capable woman I am today, who quite frankly doesn’t give a flying F#€!< about what anyone thinks of me. If that sentence offended you and you asked yourself ‘What happened to her?!’ Keep asking that question, maybe one day I’ll write a book.

“But as you go to type your mean comment about what I have to say remember this: what would you do if when you were yourself the world told you ‘you’re not acting like yourself!’ Who would you listen to? Yourself? Or the opinions of others? Have a blessed day everyone… God and Jesus bless and keep you in his everlasting light.”

Rain returned to Instagram on November 11 with a new account.

“Hello everyone,” a recent post began. “I’ve gotten a lot of people asking what happened to my old account HeroofKirkwell and there is a lot lol to keep it simple I’ll say way too many people trying to be me.

“So, with that said always remember my peeps there is no one out there that will ever be a better you than you just like there will never be another rain brown, this is the one and only, anything else is deactivated or an imposter. Have fun and be peaceful my peeps, more!”

Rain has posted about mental health awareness on her account, as one read, “This post is really about mental health awareness and showing how much it really does change everything in your life, luckily I have had the experience of getting help when I needed it but unfortunately not always by reaching out.

“This account is for my unedited life, I don’t want to give you guys a show I want to show you guys how to run your own; with that said, please never forget your Brain matters too and to reach out for help before you do something dangerous or permanent. Love y’all my peeps have a good day and try to smile, at least we are alive today a great gift I would say. God bless y’all.”

She also provided a crisis hotline for those struggling with their mental health.

Rain also revealed she officially married her boyfriend Josiah Lorton and that her siblings did not attend the nuptials.

Alaskan Bush People hasn’t aired on Discovery since December 2022.

Discovery did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment regarding if the series will return.
