BIANCA Censori’s recent almost topless outing may have left onlookers stunned, but she is unlikely to get arrested for flashing the flesh due to a ‘legal caveat,’ The U.S. Sun can reveal.
Kanye West’s wife is known for flouting indecency rules while out and about, and turned heads again this week in Los Angeles.
Earlier this week. she was snapped leaving a tanning salon in West Hollywood with her breasts on show in a completely seethrough top and tan underwear.
She matched her barely-there look with a baseball cap and heels, as she was seen tottering to her car and climbing in the driver’s seat.
Reports circulated that she is at risk of being banned from restaurants and venues in Los Angeles, and could even be arrested for her wardrobe choices.
But attorney Neama Rahmani, the President and co-founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told The U.S. Sun, “Under California law, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail.
“If there is a prior conviction, it can be prosecuted as a felony. Both misdemeanor and felony convictions require the individual to register as a sex offender for ten years.
“But in California, exposing one’s breasts is generally not indecent exposure.
“This is to protect women who are breastfeeding or exposing their breasts for non-sexual reasons.
“The same applies or exposing one’s underwear, like Censori has been doing. Exposure of genitals or the anus is different and is punishable.”

The attorney continued: “Given these protections, it’s unlikely that Censori will be arrested or prosecuted.
“Of course, there are non-legal ramifications of Censori’s conduct.

“Her clothing or lack thereof has received a lot of attention, mostly negative. Of course, Censori may be doing it entirely for the attention.”
On Wednesday, photographs were published showing her wearing yet another revealing outfit as she left the famous Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, showing her butt in a tan thong and exposing her nipples in a white top.
While there is a business casual dress code for the hotel’s restaurant there aren’t strict rules for hotel guests, according to research.
It was previously revealed Kanye and Bianca often stay at the hotel for periods despite renting a condo just minutes away.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to the Chateau for comment but did not hear back.
The law in California states a woman walking topless in public areas like a beach or a park may not technically be illegal under state law (unless the act is deemed lewd or offensive), but local city or county ordinances could impose restrictions.
“California cities and counties could potentially impose additional restrictions on toplessness, but those laws could be challenged as gender-based restrictions on a woman’s right to breastfeed or because they are restricting conduct that isn’t necessarily lewd or offensive,” Neama added.

The couple tied the knot under a “confidential marriage license” in the state of California.
The two wed in Palo Alto, California, according to the document.
The wedding came just one month after Kanye and Kim Kardashian finalized their divorce.
The Australian architect has been dressing outrageously since she tied the knot with the 47-year-old.
Kanye has faced a backlash online for posting pictures of Australian architect Bianca, 29, in clothes that would not appear out of place in an S&M dungeon.
She is regularly styled by her husband, but her outfits have been a lot more revealing than his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, the mother of his four children.
One social media user commented, “Uh. Dude. Get help. What is this? You have daughters. You teaching them to be submissive sex pets?”
Another said, “One day your daughter will think it’s OK to be treated like this.
One even accused Kanye of treating his wife “like a marketable piece of meat.”
Former friends spoke out anonymously in October 2023, telling the Daily Mail Bianca has “no mind of her own anymore” and simply “obeys” Kanye because he has convinced her they have “royal” status.
They added, “Kanye has a set of rules for Bianca, which includes never speak and wear what he wants her to wear.
“She is also required to eat certain food items and to work out even though Kanye doesn’t work out.
“She has no mind of her own anymore and obeys him because he has convinced her that they are royal.”
