Why Does Your Stomach Feel Bloated After Periods?

Menstrual cycle comes with a lot of baggage. From painful cramps to period diarrhoea, women experience it all and sometimes at the same time. It is also very common to feel bloated during the cycle. This symptom is simply a side effect of the chemicals prostaglandin. When the cycle is over, these symptoms also go away. But, for some women it does not.
