A young bottle shop worker has provided a colourful guide to drinking for young people depending on the occasion and their budget.

The straight-talking young woman, who works at the Cabramatta Bottler shop in south-western Sydney, has advice that covers budget, alcohol content, tastes and even ego size.

‘If you don’t know what type of drink to bring to your party, I’m a help you out here,’ she said, before immediately moving on the the legal minimum age for drinking.

‘Eighteen, going to your first party? You should stick to the Absolut or the Smirnoff (vodka brands) … you don’t have enough money to buy the other s***,’ she said, appealing to those on a limited budget.

Just so there is no confusion, the shop posted a disclaimer under the video, saying it does ‘not condone underage drinking’.

Koi’s manager Olivia told Daily Mail Australia the bottle shop is very pleased with the video.

‘It’s great, she’s giving advice to younger and less experienced drinkers,’ she said.

‘She’s expanding their knowledge of alcohol.’

But the younger legal drinking age cohort are unlikely to be hardened drinkers, so she offered words of advice on that too.

‘Speaking of 18-year-olds, it’s going to be lightweight central when you go to the party, so you need some ciders,’ Koi said.

‘You can always go for the OG Cruisers, but my best advice is Divas.

‘It’s got 8 per cent alcohol, which is double a Cruiser, and it’s only $15 (for a four pack).’

One commenter was concerned she was letting a secret out, though.

‘Nooo don’t tell people about Divas,’ they said.

A dislike for the taste of liquor is no barrier to her trying to sell you a bottle or two.

‘If you don’t like the taste of alcohol, Midori Illusion is the way to go,’ Koi said.

‘To me it just tastes like a really sweet lemonade and it is the soulmate for a lightweight.’

A commenter disagreed with her, though, saying ‘Midori does not taste like a sweet lemonade, it is more cordial.’

In case the video was veering too far to appealing to young males, Koi changed it up.

‘For the ladies, any of these Alizes (a mixture of vodka and cognac), mix it with some Sprite and you’re good to go,’ she said.

Then she moved onto those with bigger budgets.

‘When you’re going to your Asian uncle’s birthday party, bro, you’ve got to spend some money.

‘With my personal experience, I always go for broke – Hennessy VSOP ($99.99) and a Martell Blue Swift ($104.99) is stock standard,’ she said, naming two types of brandy.

‘But if you’ve got a little bit more money to spend and a bigger ego, go for the f****** (Hennessy) X.O. bro.’

As Hennessy X.O. costs $269.99 in her shop, it is not for the fainthearted, but Koi assured the viewers it would be well received.

‘Every uncle loves them and when you party with the olders, you just have to learn how to build a high tolerance (for alcohol).

‘They be pulling bottles out of nowhere, bro.’

For those who want to create the ambience of a bar at home or at a party, she had a solution for that too.

‘If you want your favourite shot from a bar, like a Wet P**** shot, we’ve got premixed for you so you don’t have to make it yourself.’

Koi closed by saying ‘If this video is too long or if you want a part two, let me know.’

Judging by the more than 600 comments the video got in one day, there is likely to be a follow up.

Many commenters were intrigued by Koi’s voice, with one asking ‘is this like a normal accent or is it put on?’

The answer provided by another poster was that it is a western Sydney accent.

Another who appreciated the video said the young woman is ‘Cabramatta’s best investment’.
