Investigators discovered more signals from her phone in Loa on Saturday and launched an “extensive search” in the area, Only to find someone matching Allen’s physical description through a basement window in Brown’s house on Saturday.

They claimed she was naked, covered in coal, filthy, and had her hair cut.

As per the reports, he was taken into custody on Sunday afternoon after Maddie was discovered at Brown’s home in Wayne County.
She was examined at a nearby hospital before being reunited with her family.
