Elisabeth Rioux’s former conjoint Bryan McCormick has been pleaded guilty to three of seven charges against him.
Bryan has been charged with assault, death threats, and mischief against his former partner Elisabeth.
He is accused of crimes that occurred between November 2019 and September 2020, from Rioux’s first trimester until a few months after her kid was born.
The accused admits to strangling Rioux as she was holding her infant in her arms by pushing her against a wall and raising her off the ground.
McCormick further admitted to threatening Rioux’s life by saying, “I’m going to kill you,” “I’m going to burn you alive,” and “I’m going to shoot you in the head.” He also said he called Rioux a “bad mother” and “crazy.” according to MT Blog.

Information about his sentence is pending as of now and he will appear on the court once again on May 30, 2022.
