He’s accused of breaking into a home and assaulting a seven-year-old girl who was sleeping in her bed.
At 12:30 a.m. on Monday, Callum Ferris Davies, a male from Ellenbrook in Perth, broke into the girl’s home and s3xually assaulted her.

Callum Ferris Davies, from Ellenbrook, Perth, was hauled into jail shortly after that, about 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
He was eventually charged with s3xual penetration of minor, indecent conduct with a kid, and deprivation of liberty by investigators from the Child Abuse Squad.
Similarly, Callum allegedly suffocated the child’s nose and mouth, as well as prevented her from breathing by squeezing her neck.
Police claimed they had developed a strong case against him.

Davies, according to police, had no prior knowledge of the family and broke into the girl’s Ellenbrook house at around 12.30 a.m. on December 27.
Furthermore, s3x crime division inspector Hamish Mckenzie claimed the development came after police revealed video evidence on Wednesday of someone climbing a wall near the girl’s home.

Callum Ferris Davies has been accused of s3xual penetration of a child under the age of 13, loss of liberty, and indecent behavior with a minor under the age of 13.
In addition, he is charged with aggravated home burglary and hindering another person’s normal breathing or blood circulation by exerting pressure on their neck.
Following that, on Thursday morning, he made a brief appearance in the Midland Magistrate’s Court. He stated that he would not talk with a lawyer and that he would represent himself.
Meanwhile, Bail was ignored, and he was detained until his next court appearance on January 27.
