CHRIS Hemsworth has divided fans with a seemingly inappropriate photo from his family vacation to Japan.
Taking to social media to share a slew of snaps and videos from his fun-filled trip, Aussie actor Chris said in the caption: “Photo dump from Japan trip.”
Some of the photos saw he and his wife Spanish model Elsa Pataky skiing, while other snaps saw the couple’s kids enjoying themselves abroad.
Chris has three kids with his wife Elsa, they share daughter India Rose and twin sons Sasha and Tristan.
The three children were born in America before they moved back to Australia.
In the selection of snaps, one of Chris’ sons could be seen flashing an expletive sign.
Holding up his middle finger, the young boy looked sassy as his dad snapped the photo.
But the random snap led to many people up in arms over the offensive sign.
FANS DIVIDED OVER SNAP
“Makes me sad to see. Someone who is this young should not be showing this sign,” penned one person.
Another added: “Love all the pics..except when ur kid was giving the finger.”
“Nice thing to be teaching kids to give the middle finger really,” penned a third.
But several others saw the funny side.
“Y’all so mad over the middle finger and it’s so humorous lmfao,” said one.
“Love the finger being put in here,” said a second.
While a third penned: “My kids love giving me the middle finger salute too. It’s all about context and it is not at all suggestive of the kind of kid or their behavior.
“My kids are polite, well behaved and exemplary students who would never be disrespectful to anyone. I’m guessing this is a joke and should be taken as such.”
‘CUTEST FAMILY EVER’
Many others were quick to comment on how gorgeous the young family looked.
“Epic! Realist family,” said one.
A second penned: “Cutest family ever.”
While a third said: “Gawd. Your family is so gorgeous. It’s not fair to the rest of the world!”
Chris met his wife Elsa in early 2010 and they soon started dating.
They began dating after meeting through their mutual representatives.
The pair then got married during the Christmas holidays in 2010, with their children born five years later in 2015.
Elsa is a star in her own right.
In her home country, the actress rose to prominence when she was cast as one of the lead characters in the Spanish drama Al salir de clase.
The series first premiered in 1997 and ran for five seasons until it concluded in 2002.
Since then, Elsa garnered a wider audience for her part in the Fast & Furious franchise.
