He hopped into his £100,000 convertible Porsche Boxster parked in St Johns Wood, London, with his partner Tiffany Austin.

The couple have been dating since 2015.

Speaking on his new hair do on social media, Chris revealed it was an accident at the hands of his girlfriend, who helped him style it at home.

He added: “I fall off the wagon sometimes and buy a pack of salt and vinegar chip sticks and a pack of cookies and eat them, and I feel bad about myself and cry myself to sleep. That happens.”

Moderation is on the cards for Nigella, who is not keen the concept of dieting.

She told Woman’s Hour she is not keen on dieting because it makes it appear “any other form of eating is dirty or shameful”.

She does enjoy yoga, working out three times a week.
