Chrissie Swan has had an impressive body transformation over the past several months.
And while regular walks and quitting alcohol have played a part, it seems a healthy diet has also had an influence on her change of lifestyle.
The 47-year-old revealed on Instagram the healthy food she was carrying in her backpack, along with a beaming selfie.

She wrote: ‘Contents of mystery backpack: Gozleme, tuna hand rolls, sashimi, smoked salmon, apples, dill, ice berg lettuce, truss tomatoes.’
The diverse and healthy items in her bag comes ahead of her appearance in Channel 10’s Celebrity MasterChef Australia.
In the preview of the show, she is sat alongside judge Jock Zonfrillo who tastes the dish she created in one of the challenges.

Earlier this year, Chrissie confirmed that as well as giving up alcohol, she now has a passion for walking every day and has taken up meditation as a hobby, in an Instagram post in July.
After saying she had ‘read everything there is to read about self care,’ she took action during the city’s 112-day lockdown

‘I’ve never done anything about it, until now. Learning how to meditate kicked it off for me and I realised after the first 10 min block that it was the first time in ages I’d stopped and slowed down with my own well-being top of mind,’ she said.

The Nova radio host also revealed she ‘doesn’t put pressure on’ herself, but walks ‘somewhere’ most days.
‘Sometimes for 20 minutes, sometimes for an hour. Sometimes three little walks, sometimes none!’ she said.
When a fan asked if she ever lacks motivation, she added: ‘The struggle is real. I get it and I have NEVER been a walker.
Active: When it comes to walking, the Nova radio host revealed she ‘doesn’t put pressure on’ herself, but walks ‘somewhere’ most days. She said: ‘Sometimes for 20 minutes, sometimes for an hour. Sometimes three little walks, sometimes none!’
‘I always wear activewear or at least runners – like just put them on straightaway because that’s one less excuse. It’s when I can’t be f**ked I just say it’s 10 minutes. Always ends up longer. First step is the hardest.’
In April, the mother-of-three added that her sleep had also improved since giving up alcohol.
‘I stopped drinking booze of any kind (alcohol is diabolical for sleep and anxiety too)’ she explained, as she detailed a sleep study she was taking part in.
