DIDDY has shared a cryptic message after asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit claiming he raped a young girl.

On Friday, the hip hop mogul, born Sean Combs, asked a federal judge to dismiss the lawsuit, which alleges that he and two co-defendants raped a 17-year-old in a New York recording studio in 2003.

On Tuesday, Combs, 54, shared a message that seemingly alluded to the pending charges against him on Instagram.

“Time tells truth,” the post read.

He captioned the cryptic post, “LOVE,” without providing any further explanation for the message’s meaning.

The court filing requesting dismissal of the lawsuit read, “Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff’s decades-old tale against them, which has caused incalculable damage to their reputations and business standing before any evidence has been presented.

“Plaintiff cannot allege what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, but miraculously remembers other salacious details, despite her alleged incapacitated condition.”

The lawsuit against Diddy was filed in December and amended in March by the woman who now lives in Canada and whose name was not disclosed in the court filing, reported NBC News.

The plaintiff said she was in 11th grade when Harve Pierre, then the president of Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment record label, flew her to New York and took her to a recording studio.

The lawsuit states that she was given drugs and alcohol until she was incapable of consenting to sex before Harve, Diddy, and a man she didn’t know took turns raping her.

Photographs of the woman sitting on Diddy’s lap that she said were taken on the night in question were also included in the lawsuit.

Diddy’s defense has asked that the case be “dismissed now, with prejudice to protect the Combs Defendants from further reputational injury and before more party and judicial resources are squandered.”

One of the plaintiff’s attorneys, Michael J. Willemin, argued in response to the filing, “At this point, no one should take anything ‘Diddy’ or his lawyers say seriously.

“Today’s motion is just a desperate attempt by Combs to avoid accountability for Ms. Doe’s allegations of gang rape and sexual assault.”

“It won’t work,” he added.

THE RAID

The Bad Boy producer is currently facing allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of drugs and firearms.

Recent lawsuits against Diddy

Diddy was hit with a wave of lawsuits in late 2023 and early 2024 with allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault. He has denied all claims against him.

  • Cassie, Diddy’s longtime girlfriend, sued him in November 2023, claiming she endured “a cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking” until their relationship ended in 2018. Diddy and Cassie settled the suit the day after it was filed.
  • Diddy was hit with two more lawsuits a week later. Joi Dickerson accused Diddy of drugging and raping her and filming the attack when she was a 19-year-old college student in January 1991.
  • A second accuser in a separate lawsuit claimed that Diddy and another man sexually assaulted her and a friend in 1990 or 1991 then showed up at her apartment and beat her several days later.
  • Diddy was sued again in December by a woman who claimed he and two men gang-raped her in 2003 when she was 17 years old.
  • In February 2024, Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones, who helped produce Diddy’s most recent album, claimed that the mogul sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him from September 2022 to November 2023 as they worked together.

In March, federal agents raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles, leaving with numerous boxes and laptop computers.

A dramatic video captured the moment heavily armed Homeland Security officers descended on Diddy’s homes.

Homeland Security said agents “executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners.”

Video obtained by Los Angeles Fox affiliate KTTV showed the producer’s sons, King, 25, and Justin, 30, handcuffed on the lawn of his Holmby Hills mansion.

Diddy’s sons were not under arrest but were being detained outside while agents searched the property, a source told ABC News.

And in Florida federal investigators sped in by boat to the rapper’s two neighboring homes on Star Island in Miami, video showed.

Cops quickly surrounded the sprawling waterfront properties and left with boxes of evidence, including what appeared to be two laptops.

ALLEGATIONS

Diddy’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, condemned the “unprecedented” raids and said the rapper was innocent.

“Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residence,” Aaron said the day after the raids occurred.

“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.

“This unprecedented ambush – paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence – leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

The raids came after Diddy was met with various allegations, which included a bombshell $30 million lawsuit against him.

The lawsuit was filed by Combs’ former employee, Rodney “Lil Rod.”

Part of it claimed Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Miami rapper Yung Miami, was paid a monthly fee to provide sexual favors for Combs.

She denied the allegations on X, formally Twitter, writing, “Something the internet made up and yall ran with it!”
