Career
Ed Quinn began his career as a model and has appeared in over 35 international television advertisements, including those in Paris, Barcelona, and Milan. In 1999, he made his acting debut in the television drama V.I.P. as a small character. After that, he was cast as Finn in Steven Antin’s television series Young Americans.
Quinn made his feature film debut as Dr. Richard Avery in the murder thriller Beeper. He appears in the military science fiction horror film Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation and the House of the Dead 2 sequel. Quinn played Nathan Stark in the Syfy series Eureka from 2006 through 2008, and he revisited the character once in 2010. He played Max Ferraro in One Day at a Time, which was based on the 1975 television series of the same name.
His most recent feature was American Pir Presents: Girls’ Rules, in which he played Kevin. Ed studied music under Joe Satriani and was a member of the Los Angeles bands Mad Theory and Scattergood. He was the band’s lead/rhythm guitarist and vocalist. Quinn, his first solo demo CD, has three songs: “Because of You”, “Cause I Do”, and “We Had It Made”.
