EMILY Ratajkowski has slammed online trolls who continue to criticize her for flaunting her body.
The model did not take it lightly when a popular talk show host called her a bimbo.
Emily is one of the world’s most desired supermodels.
The 32-year-old is also a best-selling author – and wants to make sure people know that.
Now Emily is the latest to jump on a new TikTok trend – this one courtesy of Chris Colfer from Glee.
The actor’s version of Rose’s Turn, from the musical Gypsy, has gone viral on the video app as a way for users to express their inner feelings.
Specifically, the song’s intro, which includes the lyrics, “All that work and what did it get me?”
Emily mouthed those words, as a caption explained just what she was railing against – mean fans who attack her free spirit.
“Writing a best-selling, critically acclaimed book of essays only for people to still call you a bimbo every time they see some cleav,” she captioned a quick clip of herself lip-syncing to the song.
Emily’s 2021 book, My Body, is a collection of “feminist essays” in which she lifts the lid on what it’s like being one of the most beautiful women in the world – and it’s not always pretty.
EM-RAGED
Emily continues to clap back after a popular TV personality called her a “global bimbo” in 2017.
At the beginning of Good Morning Britain, Piers Morgan, 58, went on a huge rant about the Gone Girl actress.
The journalist’s statements came after she was photographed wearing lingerie and covered in spaghetti.
Later on, she stated that being racy is empowering.
She said, “To me, female sexuality and sexiness, no matter how conditioned it may be by a patriarchal ideal, can be incredibly empowering for a woman if she feels it is empowering to her.
“The way I dress, act, flirt, dance, have sex — those are my decisions and they shouldn’t be impacted by men. Being sexy is fun and I like it. I should never have to apologize for that.”
On the UK morning TV show, Piers didn’t hesitate to call her out on her claims.
He told viewers, “I don’t know quite what she is. She’s a global bimbo. She’s posted something on Instagram about how what we are watching now is unbelievably empowering to feminists. For goodness sake – get some clothes on and get yourself a proper job.”
WINE TIME
Earlier in the week, Emily flaunted her good looks on the beach.
The High Low hostess sported a barely-there bikini while enjoying a glass of wine with her friends.
The star wore a teeny-tiny pink floral bikini that did not do much to cover up her nipples.
Emily flashed a smile as she sat on top of a yellow and white blanket, and posed under a yellow umbrella.
Speckles of sand were scattered over her legs.
Emily kept her newly cut hair tucked under a camouflage hat.
Her hat also had a Save the Trees message written across the top.
She gave her photographer, Abigail Enright, a special shout-out in one of the snaps.
“I love you (Abigail),” she gushed.
