According to 8 News, the driver, Eric Holland, 57, attempted to flee officers and was tased during a routine traffic stop near the Rio All-Suite Inn & Casino.

The incident progressed when the Las Vegas police officers ran his records and found him running away from the judiciary trial.
Furthermore, the officers at the stop described it as a gruesome incident. Holland hesitated and refused the officials to check his vehicle until the officers had to tase him to make the capture.
