GHOSTBUSTERS’ Ernie Hudson shocked fans with his age-defying looks in his most recent social media appearance.
The 78-year-old rose to fame after appearing as Winston Zeddemore in Ghostbusters and has enjoyed a healthy life after surviving cancer two times, once in 1998 and the second in 2011.
Ernie stepped out for a recent red carpet appearance for the latest Ghostbusters movie, Frozen Empire.
Fans could not believe how young the star looked.
He wore a skin-tight black t-shirt that clung to his muscular frame.
The short sleeves accentuated his huge bulging arms that he slightly flexed.
He finished his look with a pair of blue denim jeans.
Ernie smiled widely at the cameras and looked completely wrinkle-free.
A user on X, formerly Twitter, posted the new photo next to an old image of Ernie from the 1980s.
In the throwback image, Ernie wore a skin-tight tank top and patterned pants.
He had not changed much in the passed years, but seemed to have gained more muscles recently.
“Ernie Hudson needs to be studied,” the user captioned the post.
“Ernie is ageing backwards!” Replied another follower.
“He’s the oldest of the living original #Ghostbusters and looks the youngest,” added a third.
“Man looks better and healthier than folks half his age,” wrote a fourth.
This was not the first time Ernie shocked with his ageless look.
AGEING BACKWARDS?
Last week, the actor attended the UK Gala Screening of the new movie at The Ham Yard Hotel in London, England.
Ernie wore a simple outfit comprised of jeans and a turtle neck sweater.

Over the top, he wore a brown jacket to keep out the cool weather.
Ernie looked wrinkle-free and very similar to his Ghostbuster days.
He now rocked a salt-and-pepper hairstyle.
Ernie was only 38 when he starred in the first Ghostbusters movie.
He appeared alongside Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Harold Ramis in what would become a major franchise and an inter-generational hit.
MOVIE STAR
Before his Ghost-Busting career was over, Ernie appeared in Ghostbusters (1984), Ghostbusters II (1989), Ghostbusters (2016), Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021), and the Ghostbusters video game (2009).
He also appears in the 2024 Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire where he’s been supporting the franchise and his younger counterparts.
“You would never think he’s 78 years old,” wrote a Reddit fan in response to the photos of him.
