EVA Mendes has confessed to getting ‘super anxious’ from time to time, revealing her private struggle with language.
The actress spoke candidly about her struggles in an Instagram post.
On Monday, Eva posted a behind-the-scenes video that showed her getting ready for a photo shoot.
She was seen in glam before taking her place in front of the camera.
In the caption, the Girl in Progress star opened up about one of her biggest insecurities.
“Sometimes I get so nervous to just talk. Yup- just talk,” Eva, who is notoriously private, wrote.
“Growing up bilingual was great but I feel like I never mastered either language.
“So when it comes to expressing myself -I can get super ‘ansiosa’ at times.”
“I’m so grateful to @mossovskaya for helping feel more confident by bringing me clothes that make me feel good, like this @moniquehullier dress and @jimmychoo heels,” the star added.
“Sometimes, only sometimes, confidence can start from the outside in.”
Fans in the comments seemed to resonate with that message.

The actress and her Barbie star husband welcomed their first child, a daughter named Esmeralda, in 2014.
Two years later, they welcomed a second daughter called Amada.
The children are kept out of the spotlight.
“I have always had a clear boundary when it comes to my man and my kids. I’ll talk about them, of course, with limits, but I won’t post pictures of our daily life,” she told People in 2020.
