Build A Support System

Encourage your father to build a support system of people they can reach out to in need, including family, friends, and community resources. Often fathers get so busy in the daily running of life that they need to remember to interact with friends, relatives, and organisations. Encourage him to meet friends that share his interests. Help him join a club, make friends at a park, etc.
