ELON Musk is under fire after his ex-partner Grimes accused him of ignoring their child’s health emergency on his own social platform.
In a now-deleted post on X, the musician, whose real name is Claire Boucher, begged the billionaire to respond in a heartwrenching plea.
“Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis,” the Canadian artist wrote in a reply to Musk boasting about his AI chatbot, Grok.
“I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention.”
She added: “If you don’t want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward on solving this. This is urgent, Elon.”
Grimes, 36, who shared three children with Musk, 53, did not specify which of them was suffering from health issues.
Their eldest, four-year-old X Æ A-Xii (or X for short), is often seen with the Tesla and Space X mogul at public events.
But Musk did not appear to acknowledge the plea.
Instead, he was seen brandishing a chainsaw on stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C., alongside Argentina’s president, Javier Milei.
Meanwhile, users noted that Grimes’ post had been shadow-banned on X, appearing as “unavailable” in Musk’s thread.
When some attempted to quote the post, they were met with the same error message.
Seeing screenshots of the apparent blocking, Grimes simply responded: “lol”.
That post, too, was later deleted.
In a follow-up message, she defended her decision to go public.
“I’m not giving any details but he won’t respond to texts call or emails and has skipped every meeting and our child will suffer life long impairment if he doesn’t respond asap, so I need him to f****** respond,” she wrote.
“And if I have to apply public pressure then I guess that’s where we’re at.”
But hours later, she wiped her posts, explaining: “I am deleting them now because if they’re being shadow banned and not eliciting a response then all it is is a media circus at the expense of the kids.”
MESSY PERSONAL LIFE
Grimes’ public plea comes amid fresh drama surrounding Musk’s ever-expanding family.
Just days earlier, MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair claimed she had given birth to Musk’s child five months ago while also accusing him of ghosting her.
“Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded,” St. Clair wrote after Musk replied “Whoa” to a post mocking her.
She later revealed that Musk had been asking for more children with her as recently as last week, Rolling Stone reports.
St. Clair’s team confirmed she and Musk had been working on a co-parenting agreement but were waiting for the billionaire to publicly acknowledge the child.
But that has still not happened yet.
Meanwhile, Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, took a swipe at her father’s growing brood, posting online: “If I had a nickel for every time that I found out I had a new half-sibling online, I’d have a few nickels — which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened SIX SEPARATE TIMES.”
Elon & Grimes’ relationship

ELON Musk and Grimes (Claire Boucher) had a tumultuous, on-again, off-again relationship that played out publicly over several years.
Here’s a rough timeline of their romance, breakups, and co-parenting journey:
2018: The unexpected couple
- Musk and Grimes made their relationship public in May 2018 when they attended the Met Gala together.
- They reportedly bonded over a shared joke about artificial intelligence.
2020: Baby X arrives
- In May 2020, Grimes gave birth to their first child, X Æ A-Xii (nicknamed “X”).
- The couple continued to date but maintained an unconventional relationship, often making headlines for their unique parenting style and Grimes’ description of Musk as a “bro.”
2021: ‘Semi-separated’
- In September 2021, Musk announced they were “semi-separated” due to conflicting work schedules but said they still loved each other.
- Despite the split, they continued to be seen together, with Grimes joking about being a “crypto wife.”
2022: Secret second child & another breakup
- In March 2022, Grimes revealed in a Vanity Fair interview that she and Musk had secretly welcomed a second child via surrogate—a daughter named Exa Dark Sideræl Musk (“Y”).
- Shortly after the interview was published, Grimes tweeted that they had broken up “again.”
2023: Third child & custody battle
- In September 2023, journalist Walter Isaacson’s biography on Musk revealed that he and Grimes had a third child, Techno Mechanicus (“Tau”).
- That same month, Grimes filed a lawsuit against Musk, seeking parental rights over their children. The custody battle lasted for nearly two years before reportedly ending in August 2023, though details were kept private.
2024-2025: Public feud over co-parenting
- In February 2025, Grimes publicly accused Musk of ignoring their child’s urgent medical needs, saying he had ghosted her texts, calls, and emails.
- She later deleted the posts, citing concern for their children’s privacy.
- Their relationship has seemingly shifted from a co-parenting arrangement to a public feud, with Grimes increasingly voicing frustrations about Musk’s involvement—or lack thereof—in their children’s lives.
