HAILEY Bieber has stepped out for a sweet treat after a medical appointment in Beverly Hills, a rare public sighting since her baby shower in July.
Fans are convinced Hailey has secretly given birth because she’s been mostly quiet on social media since the shower and didn’t appear with Justin on a recent outing.
On Saturday, the model had only her bodyguard by her side during the trip to the medical office.
Hailey, 27, was seen in her Range Rover SUV in Beverly Hills, California, enjoying a milkshake, which was delivered to her in the vehicle by her bodyguard.
The Victoria’s Secret model’s husband, Justin Bieber, 30, did not appear to be with her.
She kept a low profile, stepping out with her hair in an updo and what appeared to be a sweatshirt on.
Rumors have been swirling that Hailey secretly gave birth to her baby, which she has not confirmed.
Fans have picked up on several clues that the baby is here already, including a recent solo sighting of Justin.

The father-to-be stepped out on August 15, visiting a Beverly Hills hotel amid buzz about the baby’s arrival.
Justin stepped out of his Tesla Cyber Truck as he arrived at the Peninsula Hotel.
He wore a beige bucket hat and a light gray sweater over an oversized T-shirt.
He paired the sweatshirt and T-shirt with loose-fitting tan pants that appeared to match his phone case.

Hailey hasn’t posted on her feed since July 31, and only shared reposted Rhode Beauty stories on Saturday.
On Reddit, fans noted that she has only been sharing Rhode-related content, which someone else could have uploaded.
“Idk it could be their team,” speculated on commenter.

Speculation about Hailey and Justin’s baby’s arrival picked up after Justin’s mom, Pattie Mallette, shared a brow-raising tweet on X.
