ELISABETH Moss has announced her pregnancy while live on a talk show.
The Mad Men star confirmed the happy news to Jimmy Kimmel while on his show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, on Tuesday.
In a clip from the show shared on Instagram, Elisabeth, 41, proudly showed off her bump in a plunging black dress.
The film star had her blond hair gently waved, and smiled and laughed throughout her interview.
Jimmy jokingly asked, “I feel like I should ask, are you pregnant or just an incredibly committed method actor?”
“Little bit of both,” replied The Handmaid’s Tale protagonist.
After Jimmy congratulated her and asked how the pregnancy was going, Elisabeth shared, “Not bad, actually. I’ve been really lucky, it’s been going really well.”
Elisabeth then confirmed that television star Jimmy already had four children, and said, “I wanted to ask you if you had any advice… things to buy, to bring to the delivery room, anything!”
Comedy legend Jimmy was quick to answer, bringing up past advice from Charlie’s Angels actor Bill Murray.
“Actually, I will tell you, my wife got great advice from Bill Murray when she was pregnant. He said bring Christmas lights to hang or beads of some kind, a night light, he said bring music – which everybody tells you – he said bring candles.
“Which, we did bring candles, and they were like ‘You can’t light candles in here,’ so bring in battery-powered candles.”
As the audience laughed at the “romantic” set up, Jimmy explained, “And he’s right, because the lighting is terrible in the room, it’s Walmart-style lighting for this blessed event that’s going to happen, and you don’t want that, right?”
BUMPING ALONG
Fans speculated that Elisabeth was pregnant after she was photographed while filming her new movie, Shell, in Los Angeles, earlier this month.
The star was captured on the set of the Max Minghella-directed thriller sporting comfy sweatpants teamed with a loose sweatshirt and jacket.
Despite her roomy clothing, a bump was very apparent beneath the layers, with fans quick to pick up on her new shape.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, social media users quickly voiced their theories.
“Is Elisabeth Moss pregnant?? Hmmm, I’m suspicious!!” said one fan.
“Was Elisabeth Moss pregnant during filming?” asked another.

While Elisabeth spoke openly about her exciting journey, she didn’t confirm who the father of the baby was, after explaining that she likes to keep her private life private.
The Invisible Man actress has had a star-studded dating history, including her brief marriage to comedian Fred Armisen, 57.
After their divorce in 2011, Elisabeth dated Adam Arkapaw two years later.
However, the two only lasted two years before breaking up in 2015.
Discussing her perception of relationships, Elisabeth stated in an interview with Marie Claire, saying, “I learned you just don’t talk about it. Who really gives a sh*t whether or not I’m dating anyone? I hate to put that importance on it. I cringe a little.”
