Holly frequently shares stunning snaps of her outfits with her 7.6 million Instagram followers, causing people to wonder how the presenter stays so slim.
As well as being a mum of three, Belle, Harry and Chester, which undoubtedly keeps the presenter busy and on her feet, Holly has some other tricks to maintaining a healthy weight.
The mum reportedly took up pilates in 2012 after the birth of daughter, Belle.
Director of Body Control Pilates, Lynne Robinson stated: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week. Holly had postnatal mat work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core,” to Hello!

“The exercises help trim the waist and flatten the stomach.”
She also remains active with her family, enjoying sports such as skiing and swimming on her holidays.
In a conversation with Asda Living, Holly spoke about feeding her family: “I want to fill them with goodness and make sure they don’t snack between meals. I like them to try new things, like crab and cockles.”
However, the relatable presenter also enjoys a treat: “I love a processed cheese slice myself, so I can’t be that militant about nutrition.”

On Alan Carr: Chatty Man, Holly revealed: “I love my tequila, as you know, and I’d not long had Chester, so this was my first foray out into the social world once again and we went to a sushi restaurant.
“So, I’d had a belly of raw fish and then he made me drink margaritas and I don’t remember much else. It’s actually put me off tequila. I haven’t really been able to drink it since. He broke me.”
While the public does get some insight into the star’s diet and exercise habits, Holly is mainly tight-lipped with regard to how she lost weight.
She told The Sunday Times that weight loss is a “personal thing” but that people can get “obsessive” about it.
“I’ve sat across the sofa from mums and dads who’ve lost children to anorexia, or their children are currently going through it.
“And they sit there and say, ‘It doesn’t help that there’s such a fascination with weight at the moment’.”
As a role model to many young people, Holly made the conscious decision to avoid contributing to the weight loss narrative.
“I very deliberately don’t talk about it. Just because I don’t think it’s helpful to the conversation, for women generally.
“Everybody knows what leads to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not up to me to give you a blow-by-blow account of what I’ve eaten that day. It’s not helpful, and it’s not what’s important.”
It can be assumed that Holly’s top tip for maintaining a slim figure is to lead a healthy, active, nutritious lifestyle – whilst enjoying treats in moderation.
