Holly Willoughby shot to fame in the early 2000s when she first appeared on the small screen. But it wasn’t until 2009 that Holly became a familiar face to families all over the country, hosting ITV’s This Morning for the first time. Her appearance has not changed much since then as she has managed to maintain a slim and toned figure. How does she do it?

Before Holly became a regular figure on This Morning, fans of the star will know she lost a little weight.

Her figure has changed since first appearing on TV in 2002, but then remained the same until a few years ago.

In 2018, Holly visibly lost weight and fans were quick to comment how great she looked on social media.

However, the presenter has not opened up about her weight loss transformation in public.

Holly continued: “It’s a personal thing for me, and I think that people get obsessive with it.

“Everybody knows what leads to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not up to me to give you a blow-by-blow account of what I’ve eaten that day.

“It’s not helpful, and it’s not what’s important.”

Speaking to Prima, Holly added she “doesn’t want to encourage eating disorders”.

The This Morning co-host told Asda Living: “I want to fill them with goodness and make sure they don’t snack between meals.

“I like them to try new things, like crab and cockles.

“But I love a processed cheese slice myself, so I can’t be that militant about nutrition.”

Holly added that her go-to breakfast meal is yogurt, granola, and berries.

As for lunch, she told Food Network her favourite comfort food is “a baked potato with real butter, cheese, and beans”.
