Holly Willoughby made her This Morning debut in 2009 and has remained its co-host since, alongside Philip Schofield. She also co-presents Dancing On Ice with Philip. Additionally, from 2008 to 2020, Holly was a team captain on ITV Two’s Celebrity Juice, alongside Fearne Cotton.

“Everybody knows what leads to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not up to me to give you a blow-by-blow account of what I’ve eaten that day.

“It’s not helpful, and it’s not what’s important.”

Speaking to Prima, Holly added she “doesn’t want to encourage eating disorders”.

She said: “I try not to focus too much on my appearance.

“But I love a processed cheese slice myself, so I can’t be that militant about nutrition.”

Holly added that her go-to breakfast meal is yogurt, granola, and berries.

As for lunch, she told Fooe Network her favourite comfort food is “a baked potato with real butter, cheese, and beans”.

A balanced diet should be enjoyed alongside regular exercise.

Holly reportedly maintains her slim frame with boxing classes, which can burn 300 calories every 30 minutes.

Celebrity Juice host Keith Lemon spoke about Holly’s fitness regime during an interview, saying: “I’ve heard a rumour that it’s some kind of boxing.”

Speaking to Now, a source added: “Holly loves kickboxing and finds it an easy way to stay trim.

“She even has a kickboxing bag in her spare room, so she can work out at home.”
