A home cook has gone viral on TikTok after sharing multiple delicious and easy recipes to thousands on the platform.
In a recent video, Ayeh made the ‘creamiest pumpkin soup’ ever but without using any cream – which has been viewed more than 694,000 times.
The recipe is simple to follow, uses few ingredients and is the perfect healthy meal as winter arrives in Australia.
In the video, Ayeh used half a butternut pumpkin, carrots, garlic, vegetable stock, onion, chili and salt and pepper to season her soup.

Hundreds of impressed TikTok users commented on the video and praised Ayeh for making the video.
‘Omg I buy the one at Coles that’s vegan, [but] I should make yours [instead],’ one happy TikTok user said.
‘This is the best! Going to make it this weekend,’ another said.
‘This is almost exactly how I make my pumpkin soup and my friends never believe me that I don’t add any cream,’ a third added.
The natural creaminess is made from the pumpkin, carrots and vegetable stock.

After placing the tray in the pre-heated oven, she sautéed one onion in a pot then poured in three cups of vegetable stock (pictured left). Once the vegetables are cooked, add to the stock for five minutes before blending all together (pictured right)
To make the dish Ayeh first chopped half a butternut pumpkin, two carrots and placed the vegetables in an oven dish.
She peeled three cloves of garlic to add then drizzled olive oil over the vegetables and added thyme as well as salt and pepper to season.
After placing the tray in the pre-heated oven, she sautéed one onion in a pot then poured in three cups of vegetable stock.
She then slowly added the cooked vegetables into the stock to simmer for five minutes before blending the mixture together to make the creamy soup.
