After that show, she lost more than one stone, so she decided to continue it more. After continuing it for a long time, she was surprised to find that she lost 4 stone and she felt completely different after losing her weight.

She has said that the only thing she did was detox sugar from her regular diet. JAne also shared that she used love pies, but now, she is restricting those sources of carbohydrates from her diet. 

Further, she added that although she has restricted her sugar intake, she has not reached her goal of restricting it completely and is somewhere near 80% restriction.
