It’s unclear when the two started dating, but Kelsey’s first post featuring Dalen was on his birthday in November last year. She posted photos of herself with the ESPN reporter. She captioned the photo, “Never would have dreamed, now I can’t see anything else. Happy birthday, DC. “You will always be my favorite. Dalen published his first post with Kelsey in the same month, titled, “So thankful for you and that there’s a US.”

Who is Dalen Cuff?

Cuff works for ESPN as both an in-game and studio commentator for college basketball. He joined the sports programming network in 2016 and helped it establish ACCN in 2019. Cuff, a former college basketball player, served as the men’s basketball team captain at Columbia University. Cuff holds Columbia records for games played, career three-point field goals made, and three-point percentage in a single season.

Cuff began working in marketing for InterPublic Group after college. Later, Columbia invited him to be the color commentator for the men’s basketball game, and he accepted. Cuff wanted to shift careers after five years of working in marketing. He joined the IMG agency and is managed by Aimee Leone. Aimee was able to get Cuff into NBC, where she had previously worked for two decades. Dalen began his career with the NBCSN Ivy League before moving on to the network’s regional station in Boston.

Cuff covered the Rio Olympics for NBC and even learned Portuguese in the process. Cuff sometimes covers soccer games for ESPN in addition to hosting ACC Network shows. Dalen was married before being engaged to Kelsey, and he had a daughter from his previous relationship. He posts photos of his daughter, Lyra, on Instagram, including one from her fifth birthday ceremony last year.
