Is Lil Zay Osama In Jail Or Prison Now
The rapper has been bailed and is out of jail; he was arrested in September 2022 for a gun possession case and released after posting a $1 million bail.
Before the case, he was sentenced to five-year in jail in a juvenile detention center, and he was out in 2017 after his sentence was reduced.
This was his third time being arrested in 2022; after the bail, he has been out and has not been charged with anything illegal.
The release was out after he shared the news via his Instagram Stories on October 28, thanking his attorney.
Lil Zay Osama celebrated his release with his close friends at the Pateo Theater in his hometown.

Arrested For Weapon Possession Of A Machine Gun
The arrest of Zay Osama came an earlier year in 2022 after an Uber driver complained to his passenger about having a gun; the rapper was with two of his friends when he got arrested.
The driver noticed when he was entering the car; he immediately complained about it being safe.
After the arrest, the sources mentioned that the crimes charged in this case were grave, and the rapper and two of his friends were a danger to the community.
No one can be trusted among them, and the gun used was very dangerous; hopefully, the uber driver helped Police with his arrest.
The gun the rapper was using was later identified; it was a modified Glock 22 .40 caliber pistol with a switch that would allow the weapon to have rapid-fire capabilities.
The rapper has talked about the same gun in his 2021 song, “Danny Block,” rapping: “Ayy, I just got a brand new Glock/ With a fifty and a switch.”
If Zay was not been out on $1 million bail, he could have faced 20 years of prison at such a young age. But now everyone, Zay and two of his friends, is out, and they did not face any charges.
People who use guns without having a license might get more than 20 years of jail. Hopefully, he will not be involved in any illegal work now, as he has been arrested three times since 2015. Home
