VANDERPUMP Rules star James Kennedy has been arrested for domestic violence.
Cops handcuffed the Bravo personality at a home in Burbank, California, late Tuesday night.
Officers from the Burbank Police Department were called to the scene about a report of an argument between Kennedy, 32, and an unnamed woman.
An eyewitness saw Kennedy and the woman arguing, according to TMZ.
Kennedy allegedly grabbed the woman, but cops didn’t see any visible injuries on her.
The DJ was arrested at 11:50 pm and booked into jail at 1:10 am Wednesday, The U.S. Sun can confirm from Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department records.
He was released at 2:57 am after posting a $20,000 bail.
After news of Kennedy’s arrest became public, his ex-girlfriend and former co-star Kristen Doute posted about the incident on Instagram.
“Finally,” she wrote with a picture of TMZ’s story.
NIGHT OF THE ARREST
The DJ shares a home in Burbank with his girlfriend, Ally Lewber.
The pair have been dating since January 2022.
The alleged victim has not been publicly identified.
Kennedy was arrested on the night of a holiday party hosted by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Kathy Hilton, which he attended with Lewber.
Partygoers reported that Kennedy was aggressive at the holiday party and spent most of the night away from his girlfriend, according to People.
“James was acting super aggressive all night long,” one attendee told the outlet.
“He was acting so erratic, running back and forth to the bar and body-checking people along the way.”
The unnamed person said the TV star “appeared inebriated.”
“Spent the evening mostly alone but when he did speak to people, he appeared irritated and rude.”
He hasn’t spoken publicly about his arrest and posted a picture promoting his upcoming show on Instagram the next day.

The astrologer has also stayed quiet about the arrest since Tuesday night.
Lewber posted several Instagram stories about attending a holiday influencer event in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The Burbank City Attorney’s Office is now reviewing the case for possible charges.
Representatives for Lewber and Kennedy did not immediately respond to The U.S. Sun’s requests for comment.
A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE
Earlier this year, Lewber spoke to The U.S. Sun about how the couple chose to swap drinking alcohol and partying for a healthier lifestyle.
She said Kennedy, who’s been open with fans about his struggles with alcohol, was calmer than arguments on the reality show led fans to believe.
“I don’t want to speak on his past, I’ve seen clips and things, alcohol can really amp up our emotions,” she explained in February.
“But where we’re at now, I feel safe, we’re healthy.”
Kennedy’s arrest comes weeks after VPR, which first aired in 2013, announced the show’s next season will feature an entirely new cast.
Lisa Vanderpump, the show’s executive producer and frontwoman, announced the news in a statement wishing luck to the Season 12 cast.
