JAY-Z has been slammed by a judge for a “relentless” courtroom plot to unmask the accuser who claims the star raped her.
The music mogul and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs allegedly drugged and raped a woman, who was then 13 years old, at a 2000 VMAs afterparty while a female unidentified “Celebrity B” watched on, a lawsuit claims.
Jay-Z, 55, and Combs, 55, have denied all the claims made against them.
Jay-Z, whose is real name Shawn Carter, has made several attempts to quash the case or force the accuser to be publicly identified.
But on Thursday, Judge Analisa Torres sided with his accuser in the latest decision to come out of the Southern District.
Torres granted the woman anonymity for the next stage of proceedings and slammed the rapper’s lawyer.
In a five-page filing released on Thursday, Torres slammed Spiro’s “relentless filing of combative motions”, describing them as filled with “inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks”, and a “waste of judicial resources”.
Torres said: “The Court will not fast-track the judicial process merely because counsel demands it.”
Torres also decided to grant the accuser anonymity after Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro tried to get the judge to lift it.
Spiro has previously pleaded with the judge to dismiss “frivolous” lawsuits against the rapper.
He told The Sun: “It is stunning that a lawyer would not only file such a serious complaint without proper vetting, but would make things worse by further peddling this false story in the press.
“We are asking the Court to dismiss this frivolous case today, and will take up the matter of additional discipline for Mr. Buzbee and all the lawyers that filed the complaint.”
Buzbee is the accuser’s lawyer – with Jay-Z having previously attacked him directly and accused him of fabricating a “false statement”.
In his statement, Jay-Z said: “I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over.
“You claim to be a marine? Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity.”
The unnamed Alabama woman has admitted to inconsistencies in her lawsuit after saying she made mistakes recounting the alleged rape.
In an interview with NBC News, where she remained anonymous, the woman said her memory was “not clear”.
She said: “Honestly, what is the clearest is what happened to me and route that I took to what happened to me. Not all of the faces there are as clear.
Jane Doe had initially claimed to have spoken to a celebrity during the after-party, but this person was not in New York at the time.
She also rebuked her earlier claim that her father picked her up after the alleged assault.
Jay-Z has denied the claims dubbing the “heinous” lawsuit as “blackmail”.
In a statement given to The Sun he said: “My only heartbreak is for my family.
Jay-Z’s full statement following rape allegations
“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a “lawyer” … What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!
These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?
These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.
This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!
I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. [X], but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over. I’m more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity.
My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.
My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.
You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.
I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”

The accuser claimed she went into a room to rest after she was offered a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down,” per NBC.
The suit goes on to claim Jay-Z reportedly undressed her, held her down and assaulted her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched the alleged rape.
She also claimed Combs raped her as Jay-Z and the female celebrity watched on.
