JERSEY Shore’s Jenni “JWoww” Farley has revealed she underwent a breast reduction to decrease her bra size significantly.
The MTV star opened up about the procedure on Thursday’s season seven premiere of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
“I got a breast reduction,” Jenni, 37, said during the episode.
“I don’t know if people realize, but I was a size G, and now I am a size C. I’m very happy right now,” she admitted.
It’s suspected that Jenni went under the knife in May 2023, as she posted a photo of her at her plastic surgeon’s office on her Instagram Stories.
At the time, she didn’t divulge details as to why she was there.
Jenni had breast augmentation surgery, going from a B cup to an F cup at the age of 18, before joining the cast of Jersey Shore.
“I got my first one [breast enhancement surgery] ten years ago after being inspired by my girl crush Carmen Electra–she had the most amazing boobs I had ever seen and I had to get them,” the TV star wrote on her blog in February 2015.
She then revealed she enhanced her boob size again following the birth of her daughter, Meilani, now nine.
“You know, they recommend changing them every 10 years and I’ve had them for over 10 years, so it was time!” Jenni reasoned.
“Now they are nice and bouncy!!! I kept them the same size, so they are still Fs. I just switched them out from breastfeeding!”
She also noted that she wanted to get the procedure before having another child, which she eventually did in May 2016 with the arrival of her son, Grayson.

PLASTIC SURGERY
The TV personality’s appearance has changed quite a bit since she first came on the reality television scene in 2009.
However, Jenni has insisted she’s only had lip fillers, and Botox, in addition to her two boob jobs.
The mom of two previously told People that she’s stayed away from getting other drastic procedures because she “doesn’t like touching her face.”
“I don’t like touching my face only because I’m always scared you can never go back. All those nose jobs and cheek implants and stuff like that, people get those and can never go back to what they were. I love my nose,” the reality star told the outlet.
In 2016, Jenni discussed her various procedures but denied pursuing “invasive” surgeries until later in life.
“I’m 31 years old. I’m not getting any younger. I’m going to do the non-invasive surgeries and things like that,” the New York native told ET.
“To stay youthful, so I don’t — when I’m like 50, 60, 70 — have to do the more dramatic ones.”
