Australian alcohol delivery service Jimmy Brings has unveiled a 2020 drink in a can that tastes just as ‘horrible as the year’ has been.
The company reflected back over the 12 turbulent months, which included the catastrophic bushfires and the global coronavirus pandemic.
But to make light of the ever-changing situation, the brand has created a drink in a can that’s just as ‘awful as 2020’ – and it’s free to grab with any order.
Australian alcohol delivery service Jimmy Brings has unveiled a 2020 drink in a can that tastes just as ‘horrible’ as the year.
‘2020 has been a lot to swallow. Everything from the bushfires to the pandemic, and it just keeps on giving. We’ve all been through the ringer,’ the brand wrote.
‘So Jimmy Brings has created a drink just as horrible to commemorate it. The only question is… can you handle it?’

Customers living in Sydney can add a four-pack to their order for free.
‘There’s a limit of one four-pack per customer – but trust us, you don’t want more of this,’ the brand joked.
To ring in the New Year, shoppers are encouraged to film their reaction to tasting the ‘abomination’ and posting it to their Instagram for a change to work free delivery all year round and $2021 cash.
‘The best reaction wins! Something good has to come out of 2020 right?’ the company added.
Those who have tasted the drink described it as a ‘disappointment’, ‘dog s***’, ‘like a liquid battery acid’ or a ‘bird’s s*** in my mouth’.
The brand teased fans with a list of ingredients, saying it tastes like a combination of ‘salt, toothpaste, black jelly beans and coriander’.
‘What else do you taste? Feels like: Is it over yet? Works well with: Just getting to January 1, 2021,’ it added.
