JOJO Siwa has found a buyer for her Los Angeles home just a month after putting it on the market, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
JoJo, 21, put her pad up for sale just before Christmas – two years after armed burglars broke into her home.
JoJo initially purchased the property in 2019 for $3.43 million when she was just 16, according to Architectural Digest.
Property documents show the home is now under contract after she listed it for $3.95 million.
Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause and Omar Ababa from The Oppenheim Group had the listing.
The Tarzana estate, which was once featured on MTV Cribs, boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and has 6,463 square feet of space.
JoJo’s master suite has dual custom walk-in closets, a fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the grounds.
The backyard boasts a swimming pool and basketball court, along with an outdoor patio.
According to an online property description, it is situated on over half an acre of pristine flat land and the home “seamlessly blends modern sophistication with timeless design.”
The home is gated and has a three-car garage and lush hedging to offer complete privacy.
The entryway of the abode features impressive double-height ceilings and a marble-clad spiral staircase, while there is also LED lighting throughout.
The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, with dual kitchen islands, and a built-in breakfast bar.
There is also a large family room with a fireplace, with French doors, which open to the backyard and pool, offering an indoor/outdoor living experience.
The home also has a formal dining room, a newly refinished bar and entertainment room, and an office.
Three additional ensuite bedrooms offer walk-in closets, and there is also a laundry room.
‘TERRIFYING’ INVASION
In May 2023, masked burglars broke into JoJo’s home and ransacked the property, police confirmed at the time.
The social media star shared images of the thieves on Snapchat, writing, “Security footage of the break in …. It’s terrifying.”
She also added in another post, “This makes me sick to watch,” as the burglars can be seen creeping around the spiral staircase.
It is not known whether she was home at the time or if the burglars were ever caught, but she told fans, ” Family and pups are safe. Most important thing to me.”
Police arrived at the mansion after being alerted by the alarm company, but the thieves ran off before the officers got there, according to reports.
It is not known whether anything was stolen during the break-in.
SWATTING FEARS
The robbery was not the only scary incident to occur at JoJo’s home, as the star was also swatted for the second time last July.
Swatting is making a prank call to emergency services in an attempt to get a large number of armed police officers to respond to the address.
JoJo told E! News: “I got swatted two nights ago. I haven’t told anybody about this yet. But basically, I showed up to my house, there was four police cars outside.
“The police asked me, ‘Why do you not have security with you in this moment?’
“And I was like, ‘Cause I haven’t needed it yet.’ But now, I do really need it every day with me.
“So it definitely has changed in the last month, two months, I guess, since Karma came out [her song]. It’s been fun to say the least.”
She was first a victim of swatting in 2021, shortly after she came out as gay.
JoJo said on social media at the time, “My fear was that I thought somebody was in the house and I didn’t know about it.
“That’s what I was scared about! Or somebody like came to hide and they came through our backyard.”
It is not known whether or not JoJo has purchased a new home after putting hers up for sale.
