JON Gosselin has appeared in a new and rare photo after celebrating his birthday with his girlfriend.
The former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star smiled with his partner Stephanie Lebo in an Instagram post shared on Monday.
They were celebrating Jon’s 47th birthday at what appeared to be a sports bar.
The couple was sitting at a bar surrounded by several televisions showing various professional sports.
Jon and Stephanie’s heads were close together as they took the selfie.
She wore a black tank top that showed off her large arm tattoo and a gold necklace.
The former TLC star rocked a black sweatshirt and T-shirt with a similar gold chain and a face full of facial hair.
She captioned the photo, “Happy birthday my love,” with a red heart emoji.
Jon seemed happy in the photo despite calling out his ex-wife for trying to “drag him back into the past” a few weeks ago.
In the comment section, his supporters called out Kate Gosselin, 48, while calling her the “original Karen.”
KATE’S SLAM
At the beginning of the year, Kate came after Jon for back child support she believed he owed her.
After she filed an appeal against a Pennsylvania judge’s ruling to strike the original judgment against Jon, he accused his ex-wife of “trying to drag him back into the past.”
Kate originally filed a judgment for $132,875 in child support in March 2018, before a judge dismissed it in November.
Jon’s team argued that he didn’t owe the money because he had custody of Hannah and Collin which broke the original agreement.
Jon spoke exclusively to The U.S. Sun and said, “So this thing has already been quashed by judges and she still won’t let it go.”
He continued, “My hands are tied, there’s not much more I can do, I’m done hiring lawyers. I’ve spent every last penny. I work just to protect myself from her.
“I have moved on in my life but apparently Kate’s stuck in the past. She’s still back in 2009.”
He also alleged that Kate attempted to sabotage the opportunities he was offered after their divorce.
This forced him to work three jobs so he could afford to pay child support for their eight children.
Jon claimed, “Kate took every ability for me to earn money away.”
He said he was offered a $250,000 job to be a reporter for E! News, but taking it would be in breach of his TLC contract.
Even though he couldn’t take lucrative work, Kate continued to ask for increased child support.
Jon eventually became a full-time DJ and said the music helped him get through his divorce.
