Jon Tokuhara was born on 13th February 1974. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Furthermore, Jon’s parents were Walter H. Tokuhara and Lilly Y. Tokuhara. However, his father passed away a few years back. Likewise, Jon’s sister is Sissy Lee Tokuhara and his brother in la is Dave Amodo. He also has two nephews named Matthew and Elliott.
Tokuhara was a small businessperson in Waipahu for nearly 20 years. He owned and operated Tokuhara Acuouncuter and Healthcare.
In addition, Jon was a proud graduate of Waipahu High School. He also attended the University of Portland and Oregon College of Oriental Medicine from where he earned a master’s degree in Chinese medicine and acupuncture.

Besides, Jon was an athlete and waterman. He used to play judo, baseball, volleyball, and rugby while he was growing up. Also, he was an avid snowboarder and rock climber while living in Portland, OR.

Recently, in the August of 2021, Jon solo paddled the challenging Kaiwi Channel, an accomplishment he and his family and friends were proud of.
The funeral service will be held on 3rd March 2022 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary – Mauka Chapel. Furthermore, visitations begin at 4.30 p.m. and the memorial service begins at 6.00 p.m.
Suspect Tied To Waipahu Acupuncture Clinic Murder In Custody
Honolulu police have arrested a suspect in connection with a Waipahu murder last month.
Authorities identified the man as Eric Thompson Monday evening. He was arrested shortly after 6 p.m. and was a person of interest in the death of 47-year-old Jon Tokuhara.
Tokuhara was found dead inside the family business, Tokuhara Acupuncture and Healthcare, near the corner of Waipahu Depot Street and Farrington Highway in mid-January.
Police say Thompson now faces a second-degree murder charge and a firearms offense in a separate felony case. Bail has been set at $1 million.
