KANYE West has still shown no sign of responding to the sexual assault lawsuit filed by his former assistant, and the next court hearing has been delayed once again.
The controversial rapper, 47, has not been seen in Los Angeles for months, choosing instead to live in Tokyo.
Lauren Pisciotta, 36, sued Kanye in June 2024 for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
In an amended complaint filed months later, she also accused him of sexual assault.
Kanye, who has yet to even hire a lawyer to respond to the complaint, denied the allegations through his former publicist, calling them “baseless.”
Pisciotta’s legal team claimed in filings earlier this month that she would appear before the court in five to 10 days to ask the judge for an order to serve Kanye through a newspaper notice.
Her team claimed they had failed to personally serve Kanye, despite an “extensive investigation.”
But new documents obtained by The U.S. Sun show a court hearing scheduled for January 29 has now been continued to March 27.
The filings claim this is “to allow all named defendants to be served, proof of service to be filed, and defaults to be sought against non-answering defendants.
“Counsel for Plaintiff is ordered to give notice to all parties and file proof of service with the court.”
Kanye has not been seen in the U.S. for months, and civil cases are coming in from several other former employees.
In a previous court hearing, Pisciotta’s legal team said Kanye “is either out of the country and/or evading service.”

Pisciotta claimed in her initial complaint that she worked for Kanye, 47, between 2021 and 2022, and after being his assistant worked her way up to Chief of Staff.
She alleged during her employment Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband bombarded her with sexual texts and later fired her after she refused to sleep with him.
Pisciotta claimed he promised her $3 million in severance after she was told to give up her lucrative OnlyFans account, but she has never seen a cent.
Detailing disturbing alleged encounters with her former boss, she claimed Kanye pleasured himself next to her on a private jet trip.
Pisciotta claimed Kanye asked her to come into his room on the plane as they traveled to Paris and then shut the door and laid down on the bed.
The complaint alleges he “masturbated under the covers until he fell asleep” while Pisciotta sat in a chair across from him.
In the amended complaint, she also alleges she was served a laced drink years earlier during a recording studio session in Santa Monica with Kanye and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Combs, who remains behind bars in Brooklyn facing sex trafficking charges, was not accused of any wrongdoing.
‘DRUGGED AT STUDIO’
Pisciotta claims an assistant gave her the drink and after sipping it she started to feel “disoriented” and in an “altered and heavily impaired state.”
She claimed she felt “physically ill and confused,” according to the suit, and had no memory of the night the next day.
In her suit, she claims when she worked with Kanye more recently he brought up the night in question and told her they did “kind of hook up a little one time.”
When she told him she didn’t remember the encounter, he allegedly laughed and replied, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
Kanye was last pictured reuniting with his children in Tokyo after being separated over the holidays.

“A black van pulled out the front and all of a sudden, the kids ran in with Kanye following behind,” the onlooker said.
“He tried to hide in the store with his hood up.”
Last year, Kanye purchased a lavish home in Beverly Hills, but it is believed to remain empty, with only his wife Bianca Censori seen on solo trips to Los Angeles.
