KANYE West and wife Bianca Censori have settled into their new lavish Beverly Hills mansion months after the rapper purchased it, The U.S. Sun can exclusively report.
Kanye, 47, made a big splash at the Grammys after returning to Los Angeles last month – following a long stint living in hotels in Tokyo.
He pulled a stunt on the red carpet posing next to his wife in an invisible dress which left nothing to the imagination and left many fans horrified.
Kanye told pals it was all in the name of “art” and has since boasted on Instagram that Bianca, 30, is now the most Googled woman on the planet.
The couple, who secretly tied the knot in late 2022, are now back in Los Angeles for the foreseeable future and insiders claim they have moved into their $35 million property.
“He’s back in town, he’s driving around in twin chrome Mercedes Maybach, stopping traffic, getting his name out there, and he’s now in the new house,” the source said.
A second confirmed he is often seen driving out of the gated community with Bianca.
The controversial star reportedly closed on the home in an off-market deal last year under the same limited liability company that he sold his Malibu house.
Kanye’s 20,000-square-foot home sits on 6.8 acres and boasts 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.
It was designed by celebrated architect Richard Landry, who has been described by the media as the “King of the Megamansion.”
FUTURISTIC DETAILS
The mammoth property offers a lot more privacy than his previous $10,000-a-month rental in West Hollywood, which he shared with Bianca for several months.
It has its own security pavilion and is in a celebrity-filled enclave, with the likes of Adele owning properties down the road.
The property offers a huge guest house and entertainment pavilion connected to the main house by a futuristic steel-columned bridge.
Kanye and Bianca’s home also has a lap pool and gazebo with a separate plunge pool, picturesque waterfalls, and a tennis court.
He abandoned his last expensive home in Malibu, which he lost millions on when he sold it last year before the Los Angeles wildfires.
The home survived the disaster but was completely gutted by Kanye, who even had the roof removed and the electrical wiring taken out.
He had spent $57 million on the house, one of the only properties in the U.S. designed by famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
Kanye managed to finally offload the pad for $21 million in September 2024.
Meanwhile, his new Beverly Hills home is already worth a lot less than what he purchased it for.
He snapped up the home in October 2024 for $35 million, but according to real estate website Zillow it is worth around $28.4 million as of February 2025.
HUGE MORTGAGE
Newsweek reported the decline of $6.6 million, or 19 percent, reflects the volatility of California’s housing market at the moment.
Kanye is unlikely to sell the property anytime soon, as he took out a huge mortgage to secure the house.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, Kanye “raided his pension pot and used high-risk mortgage lenders” to fund the mansion.
Filings show the star borrowed a total of $15.5 million for the Beverly Park estate.
The property is reportedly jointly owned with his wife Bianca through their firm Shore Drive Holdings LLC.
But despite his debts, Kanye insists he’s good for it after clawing back his billionaire status.
Three years after being canceled for his antisemitic remarks, he’s enjoyed the success of a number-one album and has rebuilt his Yeezy fashion business.
Kanye shared a post on Instagram which claimed an Austin, Texas-based firm called Eton Ventures has estimated his net worth is now $2.77 billion.
In a statement, Eton added, “The valuation is based on his music portfolio and his sole ownership of the Yeezy mark.”
Little is known about the business and it’s unknown if they ever saw Kanye’s books before making the claim.
