KANYE West and wife Bianca Censori reportedly do not have a prenup as their divorce looms.
The controversial rapper and his Australian architect wife have both reportedly reached out to divorce lawyers according to TMZ.
Sources have told the outlet that the couple do not have a prenuptial agreement which could spark a multi-million dollar battle.
However the outlet also reports that in a twist, under Californian law debts as well as assets are shared and so Bianca could end up owing money.
TMZ claims: “What makes it even more intriguing, we’re told Kanye has actually lost money since he married Bianca.
“In California, assets and debts are split equally, so on the surface, she could actually owe money.”
Meanwhile, Milo Yiannopolous, Kanye and Bianca’s rep, denied the divorce rumors.
“Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together,” Yiannopolous told The Hollywood Reporter.
Kanye also spurred another twist to the rumors after he posted, then deleted, a creepy reference to “coercion” on Instagram.
The post and rumors come less than a week after he published a series of posts on X claiming to “own” Censori.
The Daily Mail reported Bianca will be filing papers in the coming days, and will receive a $5 million payout in the divorce.
TMZ reported that the two have “reached out to divorce attorneys.”

Trouble appeared to brew between Kanye and Bianca on February 2, when they walked the Grammys red carpet in LA.
Bianca went nearly nude in a see-through mesh dress as Kanye stood by her side in a black shirt and pants.
The U.S. Sun exclusively reported that the pair appeared to be arguing just moments before pulling the shocking PR stunt.
In addition to his hateful and antisemitic rants on X, formerly known as Twitter, Kanye made comments toward Bianca that fans found disturbing over the past week.
“I have dominion over my wife. This ain’t no woke a** feminist s**t,” he said on February 7.
He also made troubling comments about domestic violence.
Kanye began dating Bianca soon after his 2021 split from ex-wife Kim Kardashian and secretly wed the following year.

The couple tied the knot under a “confidential marriage license” in the state of California.
The two wed in Palo Alto, California, according to the document.
The wedding came just one month after Kanye and Kim Kardashian finalized their divorce.
Bianca’s silence and bizarre nude outfits have raised eyebrows over the past few years, with some fans suspecting the Yeezy model was not happy with her looks.
