KANYE West was desperately looking for Taylor Swift at the Grammys to stage a sensational photo op – but no one would help him.
A well-placed music industry source has told The U.S. Sun that the controversial rapper was asking everyone on the red carpet when the Cruel Summer singer was arriving.
Kanye had already caused an almighty stir with the paparazzi photographers after his wife Bianca Censori dropped her fur coat to reveal a jaw-dropping, completely see-through dress that left nothing to the imagination.
Our insider claims Ye wanted to get tongues wagging even more by staging a picture with Swift as she arrived at the show in Los Angeles.
The U.S. Sun understands Kanye’s entourage was “trying to hang out” with the superstar, who was nominated for a clutch of awards but left empty-handed.
The same, however, can be said of Kanye, who was reportedly barred entry from the show along with his 30-year-old wife.
Although a further source claimed he was invited after receiving a nomination and just wanted Bianca to get snapped before leaving.
But his attempt to snare a pic with Swift failed severely.
“No one wanted to help,” the insider told The U.S. Sun, ” they didn’t want to create a potentially weird situation.”
Swift was all smiles during the awards ceremony at the Crypto.com Arena, cheering on fellow pop superstars Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan.
But she was spared any more big event awkwardness with Kanye after the pair endured a strange moment at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards in New York City when the rapper interrupted her award speech.
Swift was alone at this year’s event with boyfriend Travis Kelce preparing for this weekend’s Super Bowl.
“They were quizzing staff about which entrance she was coming to and how she would be getting to her seat,” added the insider.
“He wanted to try and bump into her and chat in front of the cameras.”
The plan, however, didn’t work, and Kanye headed off with Bianca to his own after-party with pal Justin LaBoy in East LA.

“He wanted to chat with Taylor and get some sympathy from the masses again,” said the source. “It didn’t work.”
The snub, however, didn’t ruin Kanye and Bianca’s night.
The Australian born beauty was seen belting out Adele’s smash-hit Rolling in the Deep at the after-party.
Her normal, expressionless look was swapped for a megawatt grin as she grabbed the mic.
Ditching her barely-there mesh dress for a jaw-dropping sheer black thong bodysuit, she perched on a ledge, facing her ever-stoic husband in the packed venue.
She then set the crowd wild with the chorus to Adele’s iconic tune.
The U.S. Sun contacted Kanye’s representatives, but didn’t hear back.
