KANYE West’s former assistant is asking a court to let her serve the star via a newspaper after an “extensive investigation” to try and locate him failed.
Lauren Pisciotta, 36, sued Kanye in June 2024 for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
She later added sexual assault allegations to an amended complaint, alleging she had her drink spiked at a recording studio session.
Kanye previously denied all her claims and slammed the allegations as “baseless,” but is yet to formally respond to the lawsuit.
The star has not even hired a lawyer to deal with the case as Pisciotta’s team has struggled to serve him.
He moved out of the $10,000-a-month West Hollywood rental he shared with his wife Bianca Censori, and the pair appear to have moved to Tokyo, Japan.
Despite purchasing a multi-million-dollar home in Beverly Hills last year, it remains empty, and only Bianca has been seen in Los Angeles on solo visits in recent months.
New court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun now read, “Kanye West a/k/a YE has not been served despite extensive investigation and efforts to effectuate personal service. YEEZY Construction, Inc. appears to be a defunct entity.
“Plaintiff personally served the agents for service of process for Kanye West a/k/a YE’s alter ego entities YEEZY, LLC, YEEZY FOOTWEAR, LLC, and YEEZY APPAREL, LLC.
“Their respective time to respond to the First Amended Complaint passed.”
‘EVADING SERVICE’
Pisciotta’s team explained: “The end of year Holidays and the respective Eaton and Palisades fires have delayed Plaintiff getting before this Court ex parte to get an order allowing for service of Kanye West a/k/a YE by publication.
“Plaintiff intends to be before the Court in the next 5 — 10 business days.”
The court filing is dated January 22, and the next hearing is scheduled in Los Angeles on January 29.
Previous documents show Pisciotta’s legal team said Kanye “is either out of the country and/or evading service.”
Her counsel plans to place an advertisement in a newspaper informing him of the suit instead of personally serving him after failing to locate him.
Pisciotta – a former OnlyFans model – worked for Kanye, 47, between 2021 and 2022 and was allegedly promoted from Executive Assistant to Chief of Staff.
She has seemingly moved from Los Angeles back to Florida since filing her lawsuit and has been posting sultry snaps and cryptic quotes on social media.
Pisciotta sued the rapper last year alleging the hitmaker bombarded her with sexual texts.
She claims he fired her and did not pay her a $3 million severance package he promised her.
According to the complaint Kanye masturbated next to her on a plane during an overnight trip to Paris.
Pisciotta claimed the rapper asked her to come into his room on the private jet so they could talk.
Kanye is accused of shutting the door and laying down on a bed before he “masturbated under the covers until he fell asleep” while Pisciotta sat in a chair across from him.
‘DRUGGED AT STUDIO’
In the amended complaint, she also alleges she was “roofied” years earlier when a drink that was poured and served to her was laced with an unidentified drug.
She claimed Kanye co-hosted a Santa Monica studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs and invited her to join them while she was working for a record label.
Pisciotta alleged everybody was told to have a drink if they wanted to stay, but after sipping hers she started to feel “disoriented” and in an “altered and heavily impaired state.”
She claimed she felt “physically ill and confused,” according to the suit, and didn’t remember anything, believing she was drugged by the assistant at the studio.
In her suit, she alleges years later Kanye referred to the night in question and told her they did “kind of hook up a little one time.”
She claims she told him she didn’t remember anything, to which he supposedly laughed and replied, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
Meanwhile, Kanye’s lawsuits are piling up as other former employees are struggling to serve him with legal papers in separate cases.
But he doesn’t seem too stressed and can afford to eventually settle any, as he revealed his alleged net worth this week on Instagram after previously being “canceled.”
Confirming his fortune, Ye posted a message from Eton Venture Services, which read, “In 2025, Ye’s net worth stands at $2.77 billion USD as confirmed by Eton Venture Services.
“The valuation is based on his music portfolio and his sole ownership of the Yeezy mark.”
Appearing to hit back at his critics as he announced his billionaire status, Kanye added in the caption, “LAA LA LA LA.”
