KANYE West has appeared at a public ceremony while wearing a strange disguise.
Kanye, 46, came to support famous singer Charlie Wilson at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Monday.
The controversial rapper sat next to Tyler, The Creator at the Los Angeles, California ceremony.
While there, he wore a completely black outfit – typical for his latest looks.
However, he managed to outdo some of his previous looks by sporting a new headdress.
His face was covered in a skintight black ski mask that showed off the outline of his mouth and ears.
The mask was so tight that his nose appeared to be smushed against his face under the cap.
Kanye- who is married to Bianca Censori- was also wearing a black leather jacket and black leather gloves.
WHY YE, WHY?
Fans of the hitmaker called out his unique look on Reddit and slammed Kanye’s style choice.
“… I can’t get over how terrible he looks now. He looks miserable,” one person said.
“For all we know he has a body double who puts on the mask now,” said another.
A third asked, “How do you even respect someone looking that goofy?”
“I wonder what makes him decide to put the mask on,” wondered a user.
“I know Kanye was hot under there,” said a fifth person.
SILVER SMILE
Two weeks ago, Kanye added custom-designed titanium grills to his signature look.
In an Instagram Story, the music star showed off his fresh set of dentures.
He followed up the selfie revealing his brand new titanium smile with one featuring a screenshot of a Google search for the James Bond villain, Jaws.
The henchman used his metal chompers to attack and bite his enemies in both the 1977 action flick The Spy Who Loved Me and its 1979 follow-up, Moonraker.
Fans and critics wondered if his new smile required Kanye to remove all of his teeth.
Someone close to Kanye spoke out to set the record straight, “The technical term is fixed prosthodontics. They are fixed and permanent.
“This goes way beyond veneers or grills. It’s quite unlike anything that has been done before.”
They continued: “It’s experimental dentistry, to say the least. All that said, his teeth weren’t removed.”
Titanium dentures, or titanium dental implants, are typically used to replace damaged or missing teeth and work best in candidates who are in overall good health, according to Healthline.
