KANYE West stormed out of a meeting for loud sex with Bianca Censori in the next room, a new lawsuit claims.
It’s the latest legal trouble for the disgraced hitmaker after he was recently accused of drugging and raping his ex-assistant at a party.
The rapper is now being sued by former employee Murphy Aficionado for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation among other claims.
Aficionado began working for West in October 2022 as a project manager for his company Yeezy.
But his employment lasted only nine months, with Aficionado claiming he wasn’t paid some of his wages during that time and was exposed to West’s bizarre and bigoted behaviour.
In the lawsuit, Aficionado also claims he was summoned to a room at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria in November 2022 where he found West and Censori having sex, reports People.
Censori tried to close the door of the adjoining bedroom, but West opened it “fully exposing Censori’s nude breasts” to the employee, the lawsuit claims.
West then reportedly “asked Aficionado what he thought about Candace Owens’ lawyer that had just left. Ye added, ‘I think he’s a Jewish spy.’”
The complaint they says: “Abruptly and without warning, in the middle of their conversation, Ye dashed towards the room Censori was in.
“As he left Aficionado, Ye commanded: ‘Wait right here. Do NOT leave.’”
Then West reportedly went into the adjoining bedroom, and allegedly, the couple had sex.
Soon after, West rejoined Aficionado in the hotel room, allegedly wearing a t-shirt with a swastika on it.
He allegedly asked Aficionado: “‘Don’t you like my shirt?’ Intimidated and concerned for his job, Aficionado claims he replied, ‘It is definitely unique …'”
Aficionado also claims West made several antisemitic comments, including about his wife Kim Kardashian.
Aficionado claims West said: “‘The Jews are out to get me. They froze my bank account. The Jews got Kim [Kardashian] and my kids.'”
During his employment, Aficionado alleges he was routinely subject to “racist lectures”.
Aficionado has Filipino heritage and said that West allegedly told him to remove his “ugly” traditional tattoos.
Aficionado claims he worked 50 to 70 hours a week and sometimes slept in the office.
He was sacked in July 2023 after West’s Donda Academy school project was shut down.
As a result of the termination, Aficionado claims he suffered economic damages, non-economic damages, punitive damages, malice, oppression, fraud, attorneys’ fees, and exhaustion of administrative remedies.
The lawsuit claims: “Defendants violated these laws by failing to provide plaintiff’s last paycheck promptly and failing to pay penalties, including additional wages, interest, and fees.”
Aficionado’s lawsuit is the latest to hit the embattled rapper.
West’s ex-security guard Benjamin Deshon Provo is suing the star for racial discrimination and unfair practices.
He alleges he was berated and fired for refusing to cut his dreadlocks, while the star also allegedly demanded other staff and children shave their heads.
West’s ex-assistant has also sued the rapper alleging he drugged and raper her at a party.
Lauren Pisciotta an influencer and former OnlyFans model – worked for the rapper between 2021 and 2022.
In a lawsuit filed last month, Pisciotta claims she was “roofied” when a drink which was poured and served to her by West was laced with an unidentified drug.
A representative for West has been approached for comment.
