And The former TOWIE star, 30, revealed she felt ‘really strange’ ahead of her son’s birth and she thinks she had ‘a bit of postnatal depression.’
Opening up about her experience she said: ‘When I was in labour I said to the doctor, ‘I don’t think I’m going to love him.’

Kate had a candid chat about motherhood with The Saturday’s signer Rochelle Humes, 32, on her My Little Coco podcast.
While the star stressed she did ‘fall instantly’ in love with him – she still went on to struggle with postnatal depression.
She revealed: ‘Everyone was saying, ‘Are you excited to have the baby?’ I was like, ‘No, is that weird?’ I felt I was really strange.
‘But the minute he was with me I did fall instantly in love, but I was still in shock.’

She continued to say that she was left with ‘bad bruising’ after the ‘traumatic birth.’
Kate said: ‘I couldn’t move, I had really bad bruising and I suffered with quite a lot of guilt.’
‘I felt terrible that I couldn’t get up and change the baby and that Rio was doing a lot. I think I might have had a bit of postnatal depression.’
Elsewhere in the podcast the beauty admitted she worried Rio might ‘divorce’ her after the birth.

She said: ‘I like Rio to see me in a nice way. I am rough sometimes – but I wouldn’t let him see me in certain states.
‘When I was in this bed [after giving birth] I had the big hospital knickers on, I was just wiped out, I couldn’t walk.
‘It was just not a pretty sight, and I just saw him looking at me and I thought, ‘He’s going to divorce me!”

It comes after Rio posed in a wheelchair while celebrating Halloween with his family recently, after suffering a mystery ailment.
He penned a caption reading: ‘Happy Halloween. Been in hospital all week, promised the kids I’d dress up….even if it was for an hour & in a wheel chair.’
Rio revealed he was in A&E – as he watched Manchester United’s shock 5-0 defeat to Liverpool. The #Man U ace tweeted a snap from a hospital bed as he watched the match. The star did not disclose details of the medical issue.
He wrote: ‘This 60 mins have sent me to A&E… FFS.’
The TV pundit also shared the same snap to his Instagram stories, with the caption: ‘Sat in A&E watching this… FFS’.
