Kodak Black’s New Year’s Eve trespassing case has been released.
“Case dismissed yesterday, the State agreed that this arrest and charge were not warranted Quick legal discussion….a cease and desist letter is not a trespass notice,” his attorney Bradford Cohen. “A cease and desist to a corporation is not notice to an individual. An invitee to a home, by the legal renter/occupant cannot be trespassed by a landlord.”
Kodak was arrested on New Year’s Day for trespassing.
Broward Sheriff’s Officers “made contact with Bill Kapri” at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday near the 1600 block of Northwest 10th Drive in Golden Acres, Pompano Beach.
