Kuachua Brillion Xiong was arrested and was held in the Pottawattamie County Jail in Council Bluffs since Thursday. Since December 18, he had been driving from his home near Sacramento, California, to kill the person in power and was driving straight to the White House.
According to the complaint, included in the court documents, Xiong used the map app on his phone to locate the destination towards the White House.
Additionally, he was charged with making threats against a former US president.
