The former TOWIE star, 33, took to Instagram on Sunday to reveal she was left ‘cringing’ after her appearance and asked her social media followers to give her ‘willpower’ to resist alcohol ahead of a pal’s upcoming birthday party.

Beautician Lauren wrote: ‘Month off booze needed ! Why is my friends bday next week. Someone give the willpower to go out and not drink pleaseeeeeeeeee I am cringing today.’ (sic)
The TV star looked sensational as she slipped into a leopard print catsuit for one of her first visits to a club since coronavirus lockdown restrictions lifted.
She appeared to be in good company as she was seen chatting with a male companion before she appeared to lean against him as they waited to step inside the swanky venue.

This isn’t the first time Lauren claimed she’s giving up alcohol as she toyed with the idea in March after feeling ‘anxious’, with the hangover bringing back memories of her nightmare Boxing Day hospitalisation.
The brunette claimed the unfortunate after-effects of her night out were not unlike the symptoms that led to her needing medical attention in December.

Her social media activity comes after she was forced to hit back at internet trolls in a defiant interview with The Sun.
The influencer also boasted she is Kate Middleton’s favourite TOWIE star and hit out at ‘haters’ that branded her an attention seeker.
Lauren also slammed fans that criticised her for posting nude selfies – despite Kim Kardashian being ‘praised as a feminist’ for uploading similarly racy snaps.

She told the publication: ‘Kim posts a topless selfie and she’s a feminist. I post a bikini picture and get called an attention seeker. It’s double standards. There is no need for it.
‘And calling me a bad role model? I just laugh. I’m Kate Middleton’s favourite TOWIE star, so I must be doing something right.
‘I’m like a rock star, so I’ve got haters. These people aren’t happy. I look at them and think, you must be so deeply unhappy in your life to be making so much of an effort to comment on mine.’
