It is thought Lily gave up drinking around the time she started dating her Stranger Things boyfriend David Harbour, 45.
The couple were first spotted at the theatre in London last August and their relationship has gone on from strength-to-strength.
The mother-of-two previously took to Instagram to laud her new healthier lifestyle after she quit drinking.
She told her fans: ‘9 months sober today! And the beginning of an ab is appearing. Very pleased!’

Lily revealed she had turned to the bottle when experiencing trouble in her personal life in an interview with Stereogum in 2018.
Lily, who has bi-polar disorder, said: ‘I think I’m a raging co-dependent and then when I feel like I can’t cope, I abuse alcohol and drugs to plaster over some stuff, but I’ve never been somebody that craves a fix.’
The Smile hitmaker also previously discussed her year of turmoil in 2013, taking place just months after she gave birth to her second child.

Lily admitted she was ‘skidding from festival to festival’, drowning her sorrows.
She credited her then-husband Sam Cooper from pulling her out of the dark place in her life, and revealed her depression stemmed from the luke-warm reception her music had been receiving.
Speaking candidly in an interview, Lily reflected: ‘Summer ’13 was a disaster. In short, I was a drunk mess.
‘I was self-medicating with alcohol and whatever else and Sam was obviously attracted to me when I was like that,’ she told the Sunday Times.

‘He could see that I was being quite self-destructive and at one point he said, ‘What are you doing? I would really like to be with you, but I can’t be with you if you are going to be like this all the time.’
Lily separated from husband Sam Cooper in 2015 after about four years marriage.
The former couple announced they finalised their divorce in 2018.
They each share joint custody of their two children: daughters Ethel, eight, and Marnie, seven.

Good for her: But the singer appears much happier now she has found love with David
In 2016, Lily suffered perhaps one of her lowest points after she dramatically collapsed after a hard-drinking session at Notting Hill Carnival.
The singer was pictured swigging Jack Daniels directly from the bottle, guzzling multiple alcoholic beverages and smoking before she was carried out of the bash by her boyfriend at the time MC Meridian Dan.
As she lived it up at the annual West London street party, Lily appeared to lose control following a binge that she later blamed on being ‘a light weight’ who drank ‘on an empty stomach’ – although in subsequent Twitter messages, Lily admitted a swig of whiskey was ‘the beginning of the end’.
Lily revealed after her first two records, she began to listen to other people’s suggestions, and hence fell into a downward spiral by trying to please others.

The Not Fair hitmaker explained to Herald Sun in 2018: ‘I started to drink copious amounts of alcohol in order to get on the stage and get off the stage, get up in the morning…it was pretty bad. It was just a f**king mess.’
Lily went on to say that she hit rock bottom when her marriage fell apart.
‘The rock bottom was my marriage falling apart. I lost half of my house and everything I built from the success of my first two albums,’ she said.
By her fourth album No Shame, Lily was able to regain control and get back into a far happier headspace.
In an interview with Vulture, Lily admitted that she needed the help of others to regain a celebrity image after spending time focusing on her children, and it was then that the control over her image began to slip away.

She said: ‘I was 14 stone [approximately 88 kilograms] and I had to lose all that weight. I wasn’t eating, I wasn’t sleeping. I’d always been in control of my image, but I’d been a mum in slippers and a dressing gown for two years.’
Lily also admitted that she felt her struggles dealing with fame led her to cheat on husband Sam.
She added: ‘I lost my sense of self. I lost my identity. I was being a bad mum. I was being bad at my job. I’d wake up on a tour bus in the middle of Wisconsin and be so hung-over.
‘I cheated on my husband. All I wanted to do was be with my kids. I wasn’t even making any money.’
But despite her past struggles, Lily appears to have bounced back in spectacular form, and said that she and her two children are really close now and have a ‘great relationship.’
