He also spoke about the relationship he has with his body: “I know my body really well now, and I’m still learning. I don’t have the metabolism of an 18-year-old girl or boy, I just don’t.”
Chris said he weighs himself six days a week to understand how his body works, and also trains five days a week.

His exercise regime involves three cardio sessions, one run and a free weights session.
In terms of diet, he is careful about what he consumes and follows the intermittent fasting diet with a 2,000-calorie limit – 500 less than the recommended daily amount for a male.
