Cartier’s confession comes two months after she celebrated her one-year anniversary with NRL star boyfriend Jake Simpkin.
The Wests Tigers star, 20, paid tribute to his girlfriend on Instagram in November.

In May last year, she posted a romantic beachside photo of the two.
