Health professionals have listed several ways people can raise their pressure when they feel unwell.

One of the first ways to ease symptoms is to take care when moving, which means slowly getting up from bed or sitting and standing.

Those with low pressure may also benefit from raising the heat of their bed by six inches.

Otherwise, dietary changes such as small and frequent meals or increasing water consumption can also help.
